Feel something in my ovaries

Ellieeeeexox · 03/07/2019 10:11

First time to post something on here! I just want to hear from women's health with their ovaries as I have just been referred to hospital to check my ovaries to see what the problem (I am waiting to hear when is my appointment at the moment). So I just want to see if there is anyone in same position as me and what the outcome for them?

I get sharp pain when I stretch or when I quickly move and I feel like there is a block in my right ovaries and it is not comfortable when I sit down and I feel comfortable when I press it against.

Just hoping it is nothing serious eek!

Just bumping this thread for you, @Ellieeeeexox - hopefully someone will be along soon with some advice. Flowers

That sounds like my experience of an ovarian cyst.

Thank you @soniamumsnet Smile

@LoafofSellotape I did suspect of that from my googling (I know I should not google it but I can't help it haha!). Did they remove it by operation or just gave you the pills to stop it growing/dissolve?

I had a laparoscopy twice but when it happened the third time I just left it and it went away / shrank by itself. I haven't had any post ds who is now 18.

If it is ovarian cyst for me, don't think it'll shrink cos I had this for 2-3 months now. Thank you for telling me this - it did put my mind at ease a bit.

Sounds like a cyst. They left mine and just watched and waited - it eventually went.

Ellieeeeexox · 04/07/2019 12:52

@notapizzaeater How long did you waited for?
