This is been going on on and off for about 5 years. I'm not blessed with much and just about an A cup if I'm lucky.
Some months my breasts especially my nipples are very tender during ovulation. My left is always worse than my right. Some months aren't too bad. Others are unbearable.
My problem is my left breast feels weird if I push flat on it. Like this kind of a lump underneath even though there's one in my right breast it's not sore. Over the years I have had a mammogram and ultrasounds and all clear. It has never been this painful or tender and has just appeared over the space of about 2 weeks.
When I check myself for lumps there are none but it just feels horrible . Has anybody else got this feeling with small breasts (A cup if I'm lucky) ?
I wonder if it's because there's not a lot of tissue so I can feel everything if that makes sense. But if I squeeze my breast tissue between my thumb and my forefinger from top to bottom. Then the tissue kind of mimic each other mimics but the left side is much bigger and lumpier and a million times more sore.
Just looking for reassurance please because I suffer from anxiety so every so often my mind runs away with me and I start panicking and crying uncontrollably.
