Swollen labia minora for the last few days.

Well, 2 weeks after a hysteroscopy, polypectomy, d&c and removal of a cyst, my vag has decided that that wasn't enough to be getting on with. My vulva is red, swollen and itchy, feels like thrush. However, my labia minora on one side has become enlarged, to the point that it's really hanging down. Could this be a symptom of thrush? I've no internal pain, bleeding or discharge, so don't think it's an infection from the surgery. Any ideas or remedies from anyone?

Could you be allergic to any of the medication you are on? I had an extremely itchy and swollen vulva after taking codeine for a few days.

I've just had a look. 😳 I found a large, yellow, pus filled spot, right on the edge. It had just popped. So I squeezed it. Jesus Christ, the pain. I squeezed it until it started bleeding so I think I've got most of the gunk out. Lathered it it good old sucocrem. It's feeling better, but the image of my bits, close up in the mirror is something I'd rather forget. 😫
