Inadequate smear test result

Finally got my results back today, and has come back as an poor sample, no explanation given
Could this be due having an internal exam prior to giving me a smear?

I have had many inadequate results as they just cannot take enough sample. My cervix is tight and is retroverted which means they can't get to it! Last 2 cervical tests had to be referred to hospital. Also could be down to blood contaminating the sample which happened with some of mine.

It's usually that they didn't collect enough cells, it shouldn't happen very often now brushes are used. You'll need to go again in 3 months. Sample takers are required to monitor their inadequate rate.
