Does no periods mean pregnancy can’t happen

I’m on the mini pill and been having so many pg symptoms (similar to how I felt in last pg)I haven’t taken a test as I’m thinking it’s probably very unlikely as I’m not having periods and haven’t bled once since starting this pill 6 weeks ago. So my question is can you get pregnant on this pill even without periods?

Well I had the implant and got it removed the same day I started the pill. I was having periods on the implant and was due on the day after I started the pill. It never came so I’ve been thinking is it normal as in didn’t think just 1 pill could stop a period.
