Ovary pain

I had a baby 6 months ago, and have had one period since then. Im on the pill so dont expect to get periods. For the past day or two, when having bowel movements I get a sharp pain in my left ovary. It feels exactly where my ovary would be. Any ideas?

I’ve had the same for a while but the ultrasound has shown that all is ok with the ovaries so it looks like it’s the bowel.
