I’m very slack with my pelvic floor exercises but strangely I do notice that when I remember to do a set of kegels I’m noticeably weaker and I leak!!
I can’t jog anymore after 2 normal births anyway as I leak. But I’m definitely better without kegels - it’s positive it’s not due to hypertonic /over toned as I can relax them. It’s just as if my pelvic floor has been strained after a kegel exercise and then I have no response and it leaves me stress incontinent!!?!
Should I keep doing the kegels persistently for longer, does any one else know what I mean??? It’s very frustrating as I need to improve my pelvic floor!
