First period after birth??

Hi, how long did it take for bottle feeders to get their first period after baby?? Im 17 weeks PP and still nothing. (Definitely not pregnant) i am seeing my HV next week as i have concerns of sheehans syndrome (i also didnt produce any breast milk after labour despite trying to breastfeed)
Has anybody else had anything like this/ or waited this long for a period?!

Mine came back 4 weeks after lochia stopped, so 10 weeks after giving birth. It can be normal for it to take a long time for periods to return. Other than trouble breastfeeding and delayed return of periods, is there anything else that is concerning you causing you to think it's Sheehan's?

Lost over 2litres blood in labour and became anaemic, apart from that just generally feel so weak and drained for no apparent reason- i eat exercise and sleep fine so just something i want to rule out really😊
