I know my diet could be better, so I'm going to try multi vits for the first time. I'm 45. What components should I be looking for, and could you recommend a brand?

Thank you

Hi, I'm 46 and have been using Menopace for a couple of months. I like that it's a multivitamin so I don't have to think about taking other things. I would say I'm peri-menopausal rather than full-on menopausal, but my mother has dreadful osteoarthritis, so I was looking for something with a good amount of Vitamin D and calcium to help with bone density to minimise my risk of developing the same. I also chose this brand as they are made by Vitabiotics, who seem to be an ethical, family-run company, rather than a huge profiteering comglomerate: www.thetimes.co.uk/article/a-life-in-the-day-tej-lalvani-dragons-den-judge-and-vitabiotics-boss-hwtlfjj89
