Cramping on depo

Just had my third depo shot a week and a bit ago. Not had a period since the second shot. For the past 2 nights I've experienced cramping like a period and like I'm going to come on but nothing. Anyone else experienced this? Is cramping normal on the depo with no period?

Anyone else experienced this? It seems to be on a night it happens and now it feels less like a period and more like cramps I would get when I ovulate as if it's coming from my ovaries.
