For the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing that tingle that you get just before your milk let down. Haven't breast fed in about 2 years and definitely not pregnant. Just squeezed them and a tiny bit of clear fluid came out-should I be concerned? Is this hormonal and heading towards menopause? Not yet 40 btw.
