Thinking about using the menstrual cup and just wondered if anyone who uses/has used one could let me know their opinion of them.

I have a dutchess cup and I bloody love it! Dead easy to insert, hardly know it's there and even on my heaviest days I only have to empty it maybe 3 times a day.

I find I feel far more secure than I did with tampons and am a huge convert!

I use a mooncup. Never in a zillion years did it think I would use one, but literally wouldn't be without it now. Extremely reliable, more hygienic, does the job brilliantly. There's a bit of faffing initially to get comfortable with using it and getting it in the right position. Tip - use your pelvic floor muscles to help it up towards your cervix. I've done exercise from HIIT to swimming to yoga with mine with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.
