Vagina feels strange -problem with tampons, possible prolapse

I use a combination of pads and tampons during my period. Over the past few months, I couldn't use tampons. I like the tampons with the plastic applicator. Anyways, a few months ago, when I inserted a tampon, it felt strange. It felt tight and it just wasn't right. So I would have to pull it out and go without. Unfortunately this feeling continued.

Anyways, I ordered some pelvic floor/pelvic excercise balls. I used the lightest ball for the first time this morning.

Something doesn't feel right but I don't know what. It feels like there's a crooked/sideways entrance into my vagina.

I was sick last summer with hayfever and had a terrible cough. The cough was fierce to the point of getting myself and getting sick. I'm ok and good now, thank goodness. I'm thinking would this be some sort of a prolapse. There's no vaginal pain.

It might be a rectocele or cystocele. Where the bladder and or bowel prolapses I to the vagina. It’s more common than a uterine prolapse. It can cause tampons to not sit right and be pushed/fall out or be uncomfortable. It can be treated with surgery. No exercises will help.
