Noresthisterone and delaying period once started

Good afternoon all

I have just seen some spotting. Much Earlier than expected and wanted to delay my period. Can I stop it with some noresthisterone? Would it work once a period has started?

No it won't.

Yes I have done this, it can stop it once it's started. Think I was advised to take 3 pills per day (though please get advice on this in case my memory is failing me!)
However I would warn against this drug it sent me into a deep depression after I took it.

I have taken it in the past but this time my period came so early it caught me.
