In the hope to support and avoid surgery for prolapse and to stop my stress incontince
I'm 40 years 3 kids one that was 9 pound 10
And I've probably been
Like this for quite a few years but in denial

I'm looking for advice but also in regards to the Kegal balls I can't feel them
Is this normal ??

Maybe you need heavier ones? Are they staying in?

First thing's first - you need to go and see a woman's health physio, either a referral through a GP or privately. If you've been like this for a while, you need an up to date assessment of your pelvic floor strength.

If your muscles are really weak, you need to build up the strength gradually - it may be that you can't feel the balls because they are too heavy for your muscles to work with.

A proper physio programme can make a massive difference to quality of life! Good luck x
