Palpitations

Hello :)
I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and getting really bad palpitations in the evening and wondered if anyone experienced this and what helped if they did?

Get it checked. I had them due to my thyroid struggling, I still get them a lot, especially if my levels are low or I am tired. Could be lots of reasons but ask your midwife.

Possibly anaemia related. You need a blood test.
