Sorry not sure if I have spelled that correctly.

I have been given the above for my heavy periods but I'm having major anxiety about getting a blood clot.

Has anyone had this before for the same reason? Any info on it other that what I can Google.
TIA

I have taken it for about 6 years for very heavy periods with no side effects at all. I take it for the first three days and it makes a huge difference.

I’m sure your Dr wouldn’t have given it to you if they thought you were at risk.

Oh wow that's good it's a long term thing too.

I took it last month but I only took 2 doses. I just read the leaflet and I've been unwell with other things I'm wondering if maybe it's just my anxiety playing tricks.

I'm going to try again this month and try not to worry.

Did it cut the blood lose by much? And did it help with pain if you had pain?

Thank you for responding.

I've been on this for about 10 years
1000mg 3 to 4 times a day for the first 3 days.
Never had a issue. Makes life bearable, if I miss a dose I know about it.

Never helped with pain just volume of blood

Thank you @Iamnobirdandnonetensnaresme

I'm hoping to be more relaxed when taking it this month. I really need less blood loss Sad

I took it as a teenager for about 3 years. It was brilliant and halved my loss by about 50%. Helped a bit with pain but I had to take something else for that.
