Internal ultrasound results

So just had an internal for irregular bleeding and the ultrasound woman would not give me a straight answer on if she found anything! She also asked if I had trouble conceiving my children. I previously had another ultrasound for my thyroid at the same clinic and they told me it was all clear there and then!
She said She had to look at the images more closely later then write to gp in about a week. She said there was nothing to worry about at the moment.
I'm worried...I don't want more kids so if I'm infertile now it's not a huge problem for me but I'm scared it's something sinister and I'm going to need loads of operations!
Anyone more savvy than me been in this situation and what did it turn out to be? I can't Google as it makes me feel worse. I don't usually have pain and It happens intermittently the bleeding so not constantly.

Unless she is a doctor ( she may be a radiographer) she's not qualified to give you results other than say 'It looks okay..' and it's perfectly valid for her to say she needs to look carefully at the scan.

I've had zillions of these scans but they are done privately, and by a consultant radiologist, so as I'm paying and a 'customer' I am entitled to ask his view, but he still has to write with the results to my gynaecologist.

If there is anything sinister you'd hear soon and it's highly unlikely it is.
