I need help!

My LO is 7mo and for the last few months every morning when I wake up I'm so thirsty like I'm hungover or had a really salty take away the night before (neither of which I've been doing haha). I remember having it when I was pregnant but it stopped for a while after he arrived.

I'm definitely not pregnant again! Anyone else had the same? I'm trying to religiously drink 2ltrs a day but with a 7mo I sometimes forget.

Diabetes?

Are you stuffed up? I get like that when I've been breathing through my mouth all night

ABMB18 · 26/04/2019 20:52

I had a gestational diabetes test when I was pregnant and it was all fine nor do I have anyone in the family with diabetes.

No not stuffed up either. It's so bizarre!

Are you breastfeeding? You might need more fluid than you realise.
