Crouching down to play with the baby, as you do, and yup, it happened. Luckily at home in my own back garden 😄 nothing massive, wouldn’t have been noticeable to anyone else but definitely had to change my trousers.
I have had stress incontinence ever since having DC1 (almost 4 yo, forceps, 40 min labour, 3c tear) so used to weeing when jumping/sneezing/coughing. Had a year of women’s physio after he was born. But I guess I should really do something about it now!
DS2 was an elcs so nothing new since DS1 really.
Anyway. GP would surely just refer me to physio and honestly it is such an absolute pain fitting appointments in/finding childcare around 2 preschoolers so any advice as to what I can do from home? Other than kiegels? Any magical devices? I do pilates regularly. Bah!
