Prescribed different HRT is this okay?

For years I was taking PremPak C sequential HRT after being left hypopituitary in my 20's ( so NOT menopausal), but low in several hormones. PremPak C was stopped and for the last two years I have been on elesete duet also sequential, so now that has stopped being manufactured and instead I have picked up my prescription today and it is Kliofem which is continuous, so I won't have a ' period' . He surgery said before I got the new prescription that they were prescribing the same alternative to everyone. Is this okay not to have a withdrawal bleed? Given that I am not actually menopausal? Would very much appreciate any expert advice and if I should ask for a sequential HRT.

Do you have any periods of your own? sorry but don't know what your hypo pit. means in terms of fertility.

Continuous HRT is for women post menopause. If anyone uses it when they have their own fertile cycle , it can cause irregular bleeding as the HRT hormones are 'competing' with natural hormones.

So I was told I had low hormone levels, because of the pituitary tumour, so I hadn't had the menopause but I had Had periods some times prior to the HRT, but it was a bit hit and miss. I think that with the HRT sometimes it is just because of the HRT I have a period but sometimes I think my own hormones are working too as I have some pmt and and it may be a little heavier. I am in early forties now so maybe things will start to change, but I don't think I am post menopausal. I am speaking to nurse on phone tomorrow so I think I will definitely see about cyclical HRT instead of the continuous. Thanks for the response I have been quite anxious about it
