Implant question

I'm on my 4th implant. Never had any problems, never had any breakthrough bleeds. Had this one put in at the end of January.

Since last month I have bled for a week, off for a week, currently been bleeding for two weeks. Not very heavy, mostly brown (sorry TMI).

Has anyone experienced anything similar after not having problems before. I'm possibly peri-menopausal (if not actually menopausal) if that would make a difference?

I’ve had it twice- the first was a new implant and gp gave me a month of the pill which rebooted the whole cycle and got me back to normal (which for me is a monthly period).

The second time was recently when I had my smear, it felt like it dislodged a load of old blood (sorry for tmi!)
