Hi,
How do you 100% make sure you won't get pregnant other than abstaining?

I'm on the pill worried its not 100 % effective.

I've got one DS who we adore but I'm so scared of being pregnant and tired and sharing attention never mind the money side (bigger house, car,lack of mat pay).

could you double up? Take the pill and use a condom too?
I’m sat here putting my 12 week old dd to bed who was a product of being on the pill so certainly not 100% effective!
