MRI for breast lump

Really grateful for any advice please...Had a fine needle aspiration around 20 years ago in a lump and nothing untoward found. Fast forward six months ago and I thought I’d get it looked It seeemed to be sometimes painful especially coming up to period. Anyway had mammogram and ultrasound and asked to leave it for another 6 months so changes could be noted. After mammogram and US again, consultant said they might just need to do an MRI but it didn’t look too worrying and asked me to just come back for MDT yesterday (which worried me anyway)

Anyway, I couldn’t make yesterday’s appointment and instead of just sending a new one through, a consultant called me today advising that they will be booking an MRI.
Is this it then? Does this mean BC 😢Really bricking it...I guess I’m just hoping that even if there is a lumpiness weird thing there that an MRI could actually discount cancer or is that very unlikely 😬
