I have a copper coil and usually never experience cramps at any time of the month.
I am 10 days approx until my next period and I am experiencing severe cramp in my lower abdomen. It feels like a pressure down below too.
I’ve had the coil for two years with no issues and no cramps but I’m in a lot of pain. It’s been ongoing for 2-3 hours
