Interstitial Cystitis / Painful Bladder Syndrome

Anyone out there suffering this?

I have had problems with bladder pain / Frequency since I became pregnant with my son nearly two years ago.

There must be people out there with some advice or experience?

I'm feeling extremely lonely and depressed.

I posted before but didn't get much response so trying again! Would love to just chat some people in a similar position for support.

The doctor I see, his clinic is always fully booked. He treats thousands of patients... where are you :(

I feel for you, it’s so so grim and draining. I had it twice each for a period of several months. Never found out why it flared or why it went. marshmallow root can be bought online and you make tea with it, it really helped me and lots of others. No evidence base but I was desperate! Meditation too to help work with the pain. Jon Kabat Zinn’s books are amazing, try Full Catastrophe Living. Diary for food/drink to see if you can identify triggers eg chilli, lemon, alcohol, caffeine. Rest whenever you can (I know, not easy). Avoid tight waistbands
