Currently seeing a women's health physio and have a kegel/bladder retraining plan in place, which I have been doing for 6 weeks. Has anyone got any positive stories, urinary urgency/leaks have got better but prolapse lump is more noticeable & annoying.

Well done you for seeking help. I need to do that so I'm of no use to you whatsoever. I can only imagine you're strengthening the muscles so they will feel more prominent before moving back into place?
