White dots tip of nipples

Does anyone else have this? I mean the very very tip. I don't know how to explain it but these white dots are in the cracks and if I squeeze it hard stuff might come off or like white discharge. I could attach a picture but not sure if it's gross or normal

Ive just logged on to ask a very similar question. Are they like a tiny patch of dried milk or rough skin? Ive just picked one from my nipple. Googling it is saying normal if pregnant. But my youngest is 5 and a half and theres no way I am pregnant!

I still get it and my youngest is 22!
I've always assumed - and hoped - it was normal.
