I had my smear test nearly 3 weeks ago and bleed a teeny tiny bit during but no spotting after.
However I have had a lot of old blood/ brown crap on the tissue when wiping since then. The sort you usually get at the start of your period. I have had a period since but the brown stuff has remained.
Has the smear just dislodged the old blood? It should I go back and see the nurse? I’m now concerned that despite no symptoms before, this might need investigating.
