Could I have endometriosis?

I’ve always suffered with PCOS and doc said I probably have IBS.
I feel dreadful, I actually feel like I am going to give birth or my insides are going to fall out. This has been going on for a couple of weeks and comes and goes but I am not sure when. I am so fed up of being in constant pain

It could be. It could also be gas. I get the two confused as the latter (which is linked to my endometriosis) feels like my entire abdomen is being stretched every direction.

I’ve had chronic backache, lower belly ache and boobs tender for the past 2 weeks, this comes and goes throughout the month. I am on the pill so no periods

I have a heavy suspicion I have endometriosis too. Ever since I started getting periods they have become worse and worse. I end up curled up in the foetal position almost unable to breathe from the pain and sex is excruciating! Unfortunately I think surgery is the only real management for endo? Either way doctors have been told they need to take endo cases more seriously so I hope they do get to the bottom of your pain Flowers

Surgery can help but please do not let them do a hysterectomy as a cure because its a myth. A hysterectomy will NOT cure endometriosis. Too many people have had their lived ruined by doing this.

So I went to doctors Friday. She told me it was constipation and that anything to do with ovaries and uterus is much further down and I didn’t have pain there when she prodded me, don’t actually think she prodded me that far down.
Anyway I am sure constipation is part of it but I am having pains quite far down and chronic back ache. Happened again last night. It’s really getting me down

Your doctor is an ass. My endo kills me from the ribs to the tops of me legs, it does not only hurt around my ovaries!

Though mine also only flares when I’m on my period, so I guess that makes me lucky compared to other sufferers.
