Pain all the time in tummy, back and boobs on degesterol

Hi. So this has been going on for a while. Can’t put my finger on exactly when it happens. I have terrible pain in my lower tummy that goes into my back and my boobs hurt. It’s making me so miserable, I’ve been in pain for about 2 weeks now, it’s constant. I don’t have periods due to degestrol and also have PCOS. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have always wondered about endometriosis, done a pregnancy test and not pregnant

I had terrible back pain while on POP and have gone back onto the combined pill and no longer have back pains.
