Red spots appeared under skin on breast

I noticed yesterday that some red dots have appeared under the skin on my right breast on the left hand side. They're not sore or anything. It almost looks like the mark that a love bite leaves Blush but it's obviously not that and they're more spread out. I don't recall hurting myself there so don't think it's bruising.

Could it be something to worry about? I have a attached a pic

I get similar if I’ve scratched, they’re like tiny blood vessels have burst.

I bite my nails so don't really have any that could cause any damage
