Hi so I was on the COCP about 6 months ago only for a couple month and my breast size didnt change much. I stopped taking it as it killed my sex drive and finally it has returned about a month ago. So this might be related idk but my main concern is how suddenly as of the past month or so Ive notice my breasts have significantly reduced in size, way smaller than they have ever been in my life. I also used to have really dense heavy breast whhere I could feel a solid lump of breast tissue inside (i.e not fat) and since theyve gone smaller they are no longer dense and the whole breast feels like fatty tissue. I guess this is what most girls breasts feel like perhaps but mine were always dense and I was happy about this. Please can someone tell me what has caused this and how to reverse it!
P.s i used to have bad pcos symptoms but i feel like the pcos has started to resolve and my periods are more regular now
