Fluid on Fallopian Tube...

I'm on the mirena coil (have been for a few years). Recently my bleeding became a bit irregular so I was sent for a scan to check it was still in place properly, which it is.

However, during the scan they noticed I had fluid on one of my fallopian tubes. Sonographer said not to worry about it and that my GP will discuss it with me. That was about a month ago.

Spoke to GP today, who apologised for not speaking to me sooner. He is referring me to a gynaecologist and said I was to come and see him immediately if I have any pain on that side.

Now I wasn't worried about it until speaking to him...but concerned now as he seemed worried.

Anyone else had anything similar?
