Could this be breast cancer?

Hi I noticed an indent on my left breast under my nipple about a month ago, I didn't think to much about it at the time but 4 weeks later and it's still there .. it's really starting to worry me now! Anyone had something similar? Thank you any information would be very much appreciated

I could only feel the lump when it suddenly appeared as a big 1.5 inch lump, before no, though it grows like a spiders web so before then you have lots of very tiny lumps which then clump together.

What’s your age ? Any history of breastfeeding
