IBS/Fever/Cramps- desperate for help and ideas

It's my daughters birthday tomorrow and feeling really ill and I'm going to ruin our planned day 🤒
I'd be so grateful if someone could give me any ideas of what to try.
I think a dodgy (veggie) curry on Sunday may have caused it.
Since then I've had upper abdominal craps, fever, chills, loss of appetite, loss of energy and slight pain when I take a deep breath.
Tuesday doctor gave me omeprazole which hasn't done much. It completely disappeared yesterday and has returned this afternoon and no I have a high temp and feeling much worse.
I've tried a little bit of peppermint tea, various pain killers and nothing is touching it.
TMI but I haven't had a number 2 since yesterday morn. So now I'm thinking maybe a laxative might help?
I'll call the dr in the morning but I don't think they have an idea what this is, I'm also bf. Please someone help!

Flat slightly warm lemonade is good for this. I have no idea why or how it works but my very old fashioned doctor told me years ago and he was right.
Maybe sip a bit more peppermint too x

Simethicone for trapped wind, and then colofac or buscopan for the cramps.

Available over the counter but not super cheap :/ worth a until though maybe?

Fingers crossed it helps for you! A hot water bottle is surprisingly effective too, though hard when you have a fever.

I have struggled for a long time with IBS, so I have tried many a remedy. I would keep taking the painkillers to try and keep the temperature down.
