Progesterone cream

Hi has anyone tried this for peri menopause or menopause symptoms and did it help

Don't waste your money.
There is no science to show this works.

Menopause responds to estrogen not progesterone (and the type in the cream cannot be absorbed through the skin.)

See your GP and ask about other treatments.
