Antidepressants and pregnancy

I've been off fluroxeten for 6 months, however the dark and stormy days have been creeping in for the last 2 months, and now the bright and shiny days are becoming few and far between. I really don't want to go back on them as I would like to start a family. However I think it may soon be my only option.
I'm interested to know if anyone has been in a similar position or has fallen pregnant whilst on anti depressants. General advice or thoughts on this topic. Thank you

I took 20mg citalopram throughout my pregnancy having been on it for several years for anxiety. I discussed with my dr prior to and during my pregnancy as I'd read about a small risk of heart problems for baby and she reassured me that the risk to the baby of be being stressed and anxious throughout my pregnancy was a far greater than if I stayed on my tablets. The only condition was that I would have to stay in for 12 hours for ds to have his blood sugar monitored after birth. Ds is 8 months now and perfect and I feel well in myself (still on tablets).
