Fibroid Resection leads to piles??

Questions in the title really.

Had a transcervical fibroid resection a couple of days ago, and although it all feels a bit crampy I'm generally feeling OK.

Worryingly it's my bum that is the sorest had a bath this morning and can feel what I assume is a pile, it definitely wasn't there before and isn't anything I've ever had before.

Is this a normal? will it go away? how did that happen?

Did you have constipation after the op? After a repair job I had done, the anaesthetic related constipation was awful. I nearly passed out the first post op poo. It could certainly have led to a pile...

No constipation, if anything it's been the opposite

I suppose anything is possible when you've been messed about with, but it could just be coincidence.
