I have been a very leaky human being since age 9 - when i started to menstruate. (I wish I has them then)
THEY are not nappy like, the are just like normal pants / knickers and REALLY WORK. I Had tried ever option for period leakage - NOT great with pads/ liners due to "ambiguous" genitalia, so had to use cups and tampons. BUT always pron to leaks....
Most recently had vaginal hysterectomy and AGAIN they became an essential, YES they gave me woeful "disposable" pants - mesh things - BUT "pretty clever pants" worked... I am not one for pushing products - BUT these are the only ones that have worked for me. Wider that average gusset which is great for me, AND designed to cope with pads - maternity pads, or night time pads .
I just had to mention, designed by a real woman, mother etc
