So sick before period

My period came back when my baby was 5 months old, despite being EBF, and the lead up to it each time is a nightmare. I originally thought it was food poisoning - dizzy, nauseous, migraine and feeling like I’m going to faint. I do have fibroids but they hadn’t caused too many problems before. Finding it difficult to look after my baby some days. Like today (have encouraged her to go to sleep mega early... will pay for that bright and early in the morning).

Anyone have similar? Is this now the norm?

I get nausea, upset stomach, migraine and dizziness more often than not when I'm due on. Ot sucks and you have my every sympathy

Sorry to hear that CarlGrimes and thanks for the sympathy. I guess it’s a drop/rise in some hormone - meaning the GP will have zero interest in it Hmm

Yeah. I can't take hormonal contraception and apparently that's all they can think of that will help. So I'm scuppered.
