Sorry I’m advance for the post being quite long.
I’m extremely worried and frustrated at the moment. Don’t really know where to start.
My last cervical screening test came back just before Christmas with slightly abnormal cells which they said were low grade, also the letter said I tested positive for HPV.
I had a colposcopy on the 4th of February. A biopsy was taken. Not had the results yet.
I had some bleeding for a few days but since it stopped all has been normal, apart from I’ve had slightly heavier discharge then usual.
This last Sunday morning, after sex with my partner, he said he thought he saw blood on him. I couldn’t see any. I went for a shower and before I got in the shower I had a wee. Couldn’t see any blood, but when I wipe down there was a small amount of blood in my discharge, it was like a pink discharge. I thought maybe my period was coming early. But I had no more for the rest of the day, although I did feel extremely nauseous and dizzy all day.
Monday was fine, Tuesday night we had sex and there was no more blood.
Wednesday was fine until last night when I went for a wee and there was a lot of the same pink discharge I’d had on Sunday, much heavier.
This morning I’ve came on my period, 5 days early. My periods are always a few days early each month but usually about 3. This period is much heavier then usual and very painful. Much worse then usual. I’ve also felt like a have a slight UTI since I had the colposcopy.
I’ve called the unit where I had it done for some advice twice today and they have yet to call me back.
I have a dr appointment tomorrow about my blood test results for my thyroid, I have an under active one.
Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences?
