Thigh and leg pain during ovulation

Does anyone else suffer these aches and pains during ovulation, like achy leg but constant even when in bed, it's really getting me down I can't even sleep with it at times, it travels down my legs from lower back, I'm 39 and noticed more hormonal changes is it something I should see my gp about

I get that too! Only in my mid 20s but it’s always happened so I assumed it was normal. I find it worse when I’m lying down
