Ovulation Headaches?!

Does anyone get ovulation headaches and has the GP been able to help?!

Me! And period ones too. GP offered amitriptyline but the side effects put me off.

Thanks for the reply! I will have a chat with GP... I hate hormonal contraceptives but also hate the predictable 2 day very bad headache every month...

Yes for me hormonal contraceptives make them worse. Stuck between a rock and a hard place really.

I only realised I had them after they disappeared all pregnancy and breastfeeding and then returned with my cycle returning :(
