Weight loss to ‘treat’ endometriosis?

Someone I met recenly said I could effectively reverse my endometriosis by dropping a lot of weight (I’m a UK 14 at the moment). Anyone found this to be true anecdotally? She was not a doctor but I’m willing to try anything!

No re reversing endo by weight loss; the usual treatments are laparoscopic surgery to remove it. Being the correct weight for your height can help with polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Thanks Attila I presume she was getting endo and PCOS mixed up!
