Citalopram Side Effects

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help. I'm currently taking 20mg Citalopram for anxiety & have been since March last year. I'm not sure if it helps or not to be honest.

However, my question is has anyone experienced dry skin as a side effect of the medication? I've been struggling with dry, easily irritated skin for months & I recently began to wonder if the Citalopram is to blame? I've looked at possible side effects online & dry mouth is common. It also mentioned skin flushing etc.

Has anyone experienced this?

No but i had really dry eyes when i took it years ago. Very annoying! Could be connected?

Eye dryness certainly could be connected. Thanks for your reply. It definitely is an annoyance!
