Please help

I’m 30 and bf 2.5 DS

Since DS was 5 months have had a period every 26 days regular as clockwork.

We are ttc

I’m on cycle day 33 today and still no period. Have poas multiple times in last week, all negative.

My boobs hurt, I have nausea. Today my stomach has popped out as if I were 4-5 months pregnant.

I’ve recebtly stopped taking sertraline but no other changes. Any idea what could be going on?

Follicular cyst: really common and a dr once told me that everyone gets them at least a few times a year and doesn’t realise. They pop and you have a period, it very rarely causes any problems.

Or you could have ovulated later than usual which is also really normal and often a result of stress/diet/health.

If you have any pain or severe nausea develop then seek medical advice though (111 or your GP emergency line)

Sertraline may be your culprit. I don’t quite understand the biology behind it but in some women it can stimulate prolactin, which leads to changes to your cycle.

Thanks both. Still no period

Should I see gp at some point, or wait indefinitely

Does anyone know if this can be an indicator of ovarian cancer? I know it seems a dramatic leap but my stomach has been very bloated for months and I’ve had a few issues with bladder urgency
