Does anyone have experience of stopping bio-HRT please? Not about the symptoms, but the best way to do it. I've been using it for 7 months, the last three being 3 pumps of estrogel and 7 days / month of 100mg utrogestan.
I've been trying to ask my gynae, but turns out the clinic have been calling the wrong number and now I can't get hold of him for at least another 2 weeks.
Peri-menopausal btw. And please don't be offended if it takes me a while to reply to anyone who answers. I don't get to use the internet much. I know, such a rarity :)
