I have been on the implant for 6 years so haven’t had regular periods but my last implant has just run out this week- so in December and jan I had a period (which I assume this was the implant running out)?! January’s started on 5th but lasted about 11/12 days so how do I calculate when my next one is now due? Is it still roughly 28 days from the start of the jan one or does this not work if the period lasted this long?
I’ve also had right sided aching and lower back ache for about 5 days which feels different to period pain but can’t work out what it is.
