Period problem, HELP!

I have had the copper coil since I was 18 (now nearly 22). Normally I have spotting every 3 months or so, in January I had a period from the 3rd to 10th. Then on the 23rd till 26th I had a random bleed also?

Someone help I'm not sure what it means?!

Its difficult to comment really without knowing more.. Have you had unprotected sex lately? X

We never use condoms as I have the coil, we are quite active.

I've also done a pregnancy test which says negative, noticed a few things but I'm not sure if I'm over thinking it x
